Dr. Armen Martirossian, Principal

Dr. Armen Martirossian is a Graduate of Yerevan University with a double major in Mathematics and Economics.
He Continued his education at Moscow Plekhanov State Economic Academy as a PhD candidate in Political Science, Belgium's Catholic University of Louvain in Psychology and at York University in Administrative Studies.
He Holds a PhD in Political Science.

Dr. Martirossian served as a Board Member from 2002-2005, and assumed principalship in 2008.

Roger Veale, Senior School Vice Prinicipal

Roger Veale is a retired teacher. His previous experience includes 15 years as a teacher and Head of the Science Department at various, fine Toronto District School Board (TDSB) secondary schools.  Following teaching he became a Vice-Principal in three TDSB secondary schools and subsequently a Superintendent of 21 schools, including elementary, middle and secondary schools. His post-secondary education includes a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Education from the University of Toronto and the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. 

Raffi Sarkissian, OCT, Junior School Vice Principal

Raffi Sarkissian is a proud A.R.S. Day School alumnus. He received his Honours Bachelor of Arts in History from York University followed by his Bachelor of Education from Trent University with certification in the Primary, Intermediate and Senior divisions. He has taught at the school for four years at all levels and is the acting school guidance counselor. He is currently completing his Master of Education at York University.
